We are a document review company staffing a few hundred attorneys for contract work. We are basically a paperless office so do not have heavy-duty copiers which many law firms maintain. We host projects that are very nearly last minute and have to train groups of 10- 100 attorneys at a moment’s notice. To that end, we have been working with Troy and Digisand for the past three years and have been pleased with the results. We normally have to engage Troy in last minute preparations for manuals and very often with complicated instructions regarding tabs and exhibits, both black and white and in color. We started using Troy in our Carolina facility but have used him for our other offices in Chicago, Houston, New York, and Florida. When we opened our Chicago office last fall, the client did not present us with a completed manual until the day before and Troy actually drove the 100 manuals out to us overnight as UPS and FEDEX could not promise deliver by morning. I never saw anyone go so far to keep a promise. Again, I heartily recommend Troy and Digisand; he has saved many the day for us. It is a real testimony to Troy and Digisand that I write this letter because I have a million issues to deal with today but when Troy requested a reference letter, I stopped. DigiSand has been printing Variable Data for me over the past year. We require that any data and scrapped printed pieces are destroyed once the mailing is completed.
